Early Spring thru early Summer has an East Coast feel with lush green vegetation and creeping vines surrounded by well over 5000 oak trees. Most are hundreds of years old.
Late Summer thru early Fall depicts more of a desert look with sporadic patches of green.
Year-round the ancient oak tree forest is green and provides the perfect scary backdrop to shoot your horror film, especially at night.
